I just created a new account to check out how deal dash works. As soon as I entered my checking account info, I saw a charge for $30. I have not bid on anything. I only wanted to learn more about using your site. I was completely taken aback by this (unexplained) initial charge. I would like to close my account and request a refund. Can you help me?
