Why doesn't Crowdtap load anymore?

Invalid password even when I change the password to a strong password it still says that but in their case they say they can't my email to find my acc
I signed up through the website, enrolled my cellphone number, then said performance issues and caused my account to get blocked, want my account back

If you email them, they will likely tell you that they closed your account because of "suspicious activity." You can email them to ask for more information, but they will just repeat the same "suspicious activity" phrase over and over again. They don't know anything.
