Thanks for reaching out and I will condense both of your questions into this one main response.

So great that you're looking to put together a fundraiser for you and your daughter. We definitely provide customer service, and not just any old service. We stand by the claim that it's the best customer service in the world.

As for your question below, not sure if you would call it "coaching," but we definitely provide tips and guidance as to the flow and functionality of CrowdRise so you get the absolute most out of it and raise more than you could ever imagine.

One important tidbit is to leverage your community, family and friends through email and social media once you get your fundraiser up and running.
