Hey Betty,

Thanks for reaching out and greatest question of the day.

If you already have your 501c3 Tax Exempt status with the IRS (or Letter of Determination), your Charity might already be on CrowdRise. You can search either by name or EIN on our site to double check.

If you have not yet received 501c3 status, you can always start up a Personal Account profile in the meantime and then let us know once you have officially filed with the IRS.

Either way, we can help you expedite the Charity being added not only to GuideStar, but also to CrowdRise. We just like to make sure you're Charity is officially recognized by IRS and GuideStar so we can make sure all of your donors receive tax-deductible donation receipts.

Once you're on CrowdRise with a Charity account, it's super easy to ensure the funds donated to your cause get routed right to you. We have two amazing payment processors and both of them are very seamless and require minimal time to set up, depending on how you want to receive the funds (either by check or electronically right to your Charity bank account).

Let me know if you have any other questions by emailing Quintas@CrowdRise.com (for a super quick response) and we're standing by to help with everything.
