You have to send the packet yourself by post. It charged me Rs. 200. Then craftswilla charged me 150 rs to send a new packet. That new arrival was worst

Yes it it, stay away from them. You wont get your money for sure. Nor if you think they have return policy. They dont even pick up the product or refund on the same..
