It costs up front, but less than $12, and you never have to spend money on it again, and you own it forever. They also let you design your own clothes in the second one! There are 3 of them and you can find 2 of them on BigFish games. They let you play a trial version of the game for an hour for free as well, so you can see if you like it enough to buy it..

I have seen Asian-inspired, Spanish inspired, Greek inspired, African inspired, etc. challenges. The # of Islamic challenges is no more and no less than other nationalities.
