Customer service never answers questions of fixes problems. They leave tickets open and never answer. I have lost real money. I wrote a review once and they gave me an email to reach out to them. I tried that. I got the same run around. Is there a trick to getting an issue solved? I'm at the end of my rope with this game and am open to ideas.

They're greedy and aimed at nothing but making money from us. There is no trick to getting a problem resolved, no matter how polite you are about it. They simply don't want to deal with player issues. It happens all the time. The only thing they're interested in is making money. They care nothing for their players! I've only been playing 3 days but I'm finding it so greed based I'm about to delete the app, and I'll be very happy I'm not lining their pockets with my money!
