Can you watch movies/tv shows for free on Couctuner? Every time i tried to register on the website asked for a credit number. Once I give it they say nothing would be deducted. Yes after a while 1.84 is deducted. Can someone let me know if this is normal?

Try pressing control, alt, and delete at the same until a list appears on your screen. Click on Task Manager and under Apps choose the browser you used to get stuck and then click end task. No need to restart.
