Not doing my homework to find out that this company is honestly one of the worst, if not the very worst companies I've ever ordered products from. They are unreal!

I have not yet been able to speak with anyone at Container Store so it appears to be nearly impossible to talk to customer service. I've been trying since early May and it's now late June.
