I can't get on the site to send an email

My messages are missing, I have continually complained about this and still nothing. I have paid for entirely too many messages for him to receive none!

I have a trust account for my brother, went back to the account and tried to open it and it won't take my password. i don't understand what is going on! i know that the password is right because i wrote it down and have tried it 4 times.hope that you can help me. thank you- barbara

Answer:

Its a scam sweetie. This wont be the last time you find issues with the service. And they wont be able to help u when you call. Any site that doesn't give you a "forgot my password" option is a scam.

Hi Misty. Same here. Just not as much money lost. I couldn't get anywhere with so called customer service. They couldn't tell me where money went. I filed dispute with my bank. This company is sketchy imo.

This website is a scam babe... They will always take you in circles until you get to the part that asks you to add money. That works just fine!

I just write my letter in Microsoft word or notepad. Then log onto connect network and copy and paste into the message box.

Stay away if you can this company is a rip off. Only use when you have to discuss important issues. This is only way we can use phone and we have to use them. We use mail as much as we can
