I have a virus and need to know if you can actually remove it. I was told that the computer had to be brought in and so they could remove it. I am extremely interested in your service if you can. I am in California.

Hi Ned C, sorry for the late response it says you asked the question 12 hours ago but I didn't get the email notification until 40 minutes ago. As long as I can get connected to the computer then I can remove the virus.
