Is there a 1800 number I have lost all my progress. I have asked questions and emails over the span of one business week. No one has been able to help me

Today, all of my past work suddenly disappeared. Your website was unhelpful. Can you help?
I really like that a lot of the lessons are free. But the site is slow. And when I click on Q & A, I get an error. Does this all work better if you pay? I'm not inclined to spend money on it like this.
