Legit and safe way to change name?

Good thing you did not fall under the hands of Legalzoom, they charge three times the price. I have a teenage daughter that drove me crazy about her middle name; kids these days. I contacted Civiltree and they prepared everything I need for my state (CA). I already knew that I had to file the documents and this was the best way to do it without an attorney. I could of done the research, but my court clerk would not even give me the court address. Consider yourself luck that the clerk assisted you; however I think it was because of Civiltree you made that trip to the court house address they provided and found yourself in front of a clerk that took the time to assist you. As a single parent with a full time job, Civiltree was the best choice for $70. Thank You!

I wanted to file a small claims against BOFA for a deposit given in regards to the purchase of a property. Due to various issues with the seller, etc; the purchase did not go through. I contacted BofA and they would not release my deposit and after talking to family attorney; he recommended filing a small claims and using Civiltree. I decided to file the case myself, went to Van Nuys Courthouse East at 6230 Sylmar Ave in Van Nuys and filed my case. On the day of the trial, my case was dismissed because I had filed against the wrong entity/and served the wrong agents. I contacted Civiltree as referred originally by Awed and Awed, LLP; law firm. I filled out their form and was told by Civiltree to leave BOFA address blank. I followed their instruction and Civiltree filed my case and served the correct party. Upon 2 week after receiving my completed documents and getting ready to go to trial date; I received a phone call from their agent asking me to drop the suit against them and they will overnight my deposit check; although they would not pay for my legal fees, I was so thrilled and impressed that I called Civiltree the same minute to drop my case. Civiltree drafted the dismissal form and faxed it over to my attention. Case was dropped and I received my deposit. I have referred Civiltree to all my family members and friends.

How long does it take civiltree to mail your name change document?

If there is an out of court settlement or the money owed is paid after filing, the case would be dropped. What fees would I be responsible for?

Thinking of using your service to file in small claims Court in PA. In going through your website I was given a fee. I just want to make sure that fee is inclusive of the court fees, etc., and not just Civiltree's fee for handling. Thank you.

Civiltree.com website has been down for awhile now. No one answers the phone and the email addressesIi wrote to all came back as undeliverable. Should I be worried?

I am having the same problem. They were great for the first six months. Now I get nothing. File a Better Business Bureau Complaint at BBB.org. It is real easy.

Why is civiltree not answering phone calls? Why is the 1 phone line disconnected? Why haven't I heard from Arbi Nazari for a long time? Why are there so many good reviews? Where are the reviews about this being a scam company? Who exactly wrote all these good reviews?
