Why is civiltree not answering phone calls? Why is the 1 phone line disconnected? Why haven't I heard from Arbi Nazari for a long time? Why are there so many good reviews? Where are the reviews about this being a scam company? Who exactly wrote all these good reviews?

I am having the same problem. They were great for the first six months. Now I get nothing. File a Better Business Bureau Complaint at BBB.org. It is real easy.

Civiltree.com website has been down for awhile now. No one answers the phone and the email addressesIi wrote to all came back as undeliverable. Should I be worried?

Thinking of using your service to file in small claims Court in PA. In going through your website I was given a fee. I just want to make sure that fee is inclusive of the court fees, etc., and not just Civiltree's fee for handling. Thank you.

If there is an out of court settlement or the money owed is paid after filing, the case would be dropped. What fees would I be responsible for?

How long does it take civiltree to mail your name change document?
