Worse then a scam. Far from Legit. Criminals. Help report them.

It's legitimacy remains to be seen. As far as I can tell there's no legal business name and they operate illegally under an unlicensed tradename.

It's worse than a scam. There's no checks and balances or verifiable standards for ethics, yet the courts will take their word as gold.

It's a legitimate company, but it is exceptionally poorly run. I wouldn't use it.

It's a complete scam and doesn't care at ALL about improving communications or relationships between conflicting parties. This site cares only about money, and puts effort into destroying and stifling the party that pays less or is a man. This site has destroyed the children and their father's relationship and supported the severely abusive parent who paid more and who attempted ti kill her ex husband. It's horrific site
Civil Communication the two words, not the site- is just that, about being good and kind and professional to help the children. This site should be called "Stifled Communication, Destroyed Relationships, We Help the Abusers "

They are legitimate. They offer the advertised services on their website.

Legit company. The website looks like it could be a scam but I can assure you it is not.

It's legit - I've used it and just wrote a review. It's legit in that it's real. It's legit in that they develop the app with feedback. It's legit in that the people working there - man, call and ask them -> ask them their story and what they do to ensure care and empathy for people they serve. There is a LOT of effort going into supporting families.
