I wish I read your post) before ordering. We ordered something on Tabao and chinaebuys quoted us $400+. We sent the money and never received our goods. When they finally replied they said the goods are over 100kg heavy and need $1000 to ship over with the most economical shipping cost option and asked for more money. We informed about bank about it prior but unfortunately they have zero funds in their Melbourne based account name Xin Feng to retract us our funds. They still wanted to scam us more!

I also made the same mistake of working with them. I should have realized this is not a real business when I googled their "warehouse" address and got a residential area, and there is no customer service number.

I wish I also read your posts. I got scammed, I ordered some stuff with them, seemed professional till after they got my money, then complete silence. No response to my email, no updates. Thet also requested direct payment to that bank account. It should have been a big red flag when they won't accept paypal. Please spread the word everywhere, help others avoid our mistake!
