Hi, I have just received one part of my order. I'd like to change the size but its come without ANY paperwork, no returns info. What do I do?

I sent money off for a pair of boots on September 6th. NZ $50.12 to be sent to NZ. Havent heard anything back yet. Does it usually take this long?

Question:

You say that you have a prompt return policy. This is not true. I have tried 3 times to get a return label for an item that was not sized properly.

Answer:
Return post will be astronomical. To return my $35 blouse, I would have been required to pay $25 in postage. What a scam this company is.
