How do you (the admin/moderator/etc.) recognize that someone is cheating, or is it just a hunch with no proof?
Too many players between 600 - 900 leaving games to abort, timeout, or using vacation to avoid playing. Has jumped manyfold in the last month.

You will be charged for the full premium thing after closure, ask staff for a refund if you bought your membership on the first month, they will give a full refund.
