So i recently booked a round trip from Trinidad to Miami with CHEAPOAIR throught AMERICAN ARLINE $295U.S, however my card got declined. So I called my credit card company to ask what was the balance so i could add to it, inorder to purchase the ticket. My balance was $240US, HOWEVER i was also told that CHEAPOAIR HOLD $160.00 and it would not be release until 30th.....WTF THEY TAKING MY MONEY FORRRRR???????????????

I recently cancelled a flight and was told the airlines would charge 200.00 per passenger, and th 2nd airline would charge 125.00, all at time of rebooking. We were originally charged 1287.00, and after rebooking, our bill is now more than double. You told me the fair had changed. I checked, and prices were not up at other websites. In fact, for waiting until Jan. the prices were down. On top of that, you charged us 200.00 extra for..what? Not happy to be paying 2200.00 when we purchased trip insurance. Cannot honestly recommend you to anyone.

Answer:
70 cad cancellation fee and 95 percent of the total cost. In other words, there is NO cancellation policy.

Yes they charge extra fees when they were asked to remove them, the man said he removed them, but sent an email with the extra fees still there. The extra fees were were not removed! Booking #37027600 it's $60.00 for seats that was to be removed.
