How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CheapCaribbean?

I was on hold for almost an hour. It's pretty difficult to get in touch with someone.

I was on the phone on hold for 5.5 hours to reach a representative that barley spoke english.

Be prepared to wait 8 hrs on hold can't speak to supervisor

They will leave you on hold for hours. But if you want to book a trip they will answer right away. If you have questions due to your trip it's so hard to talk to someone.
