I have been researching Moissanite for at least a year. I can't seem to commit to purchasing because the quality seems to be inconsistent and the thought of being one of the loose stone purchasers is frighting considering the reported evasive customer service when there's a problem. It feels like a 50/50 proposition and I'm really uncomfortable with those odds - this is so disappointing -
