Hi I have a $60.00 merchantise credit with Chadwick. Do I just lose that???? Please respond ASAP. Thanks, Judy D. Taylor

If the merchandise credit is from Chadwicks of Boston, you lose. I spoke to Level 2 Customer service in Massachusetts and they are not honoring prior merchandise credits from the prior company.
