I would NEVER buy from them again. Shipping is a joke and expensive. Customer service horrible.

Wow! I have ordered things from 23 different catalog stores over the past 17 years and have NEVER ever seen so many complaints anywhere near for one store like this one. I won't even think about ordering from here even tho I was considering ordering thingsfor my grandchildren and grown children for Christmas. Thanx for the reviews and remarks helping me to not get caught in what looks to be a very bad policy and service. To this store. How can you even think of running a business with such terrible practices. Shame on you!

How long does shipping take?

Answer:
It took over 3 weeks for my item to be received. Also, if you have ANY issue, whether its pricing, shipping or an issue with the product, their customer service is AWFUL!
