This happens all the time at Care.com and happened to me as well. I spent months investigating this issue. Please take the time to read my review as well.

Ray, Peter smith warned you about making a complaint to Care.com. Care.com encourages all customers to report any issues and welcomes feedback. This is because they want to target any accounts that have any issues to get rid of those issues. Customer service will say "Thank you for letting us know we take this very seriously" They same the same thing to everyone. Then about 20 minutes later they close the account and send out this boilerplate auto generated response to the customers email. "We at Care.com reserve the right to remove anyone for any reason or no reason at anytime with no explanation. If Care.com had to explain why they could not tell the truth. So that is why there is no explanation. You are now banned for life. However you can get back on with a different email and IP address. Same name is fine. I am sure the girl who gave you problems is also banned.
