Answer:
They say they accept returns, but they don't. If you fill in the form for returns they have, and follow up via chat or email, they will say "we will send you instructions" and never do. I've dug around online and it seems consistent that Paypal backs them in their dodgy practices. I was denied a refund, despite illegal status with Australian Consumer Law... but hey, Communist China gives zero respect to the laws of anyone but themselves.

I've never had a problem. They send me the tracking number and the carrier. It always gives me accurate tracking.

If you're like me - you'll submit the form on their website to request refund. They will never reply. You will lodge a paypal claim, but Paypal will back them. I'd recommend you cut your losses and resell the item - that's what i'll be doing and I will be making a premium off their backs.
