Unfortunately, Buya does not yet support international shipping. However, if you see something you love, you may contact the store directly and arrange international shipping with them. Not all of the stores do ship to UK, but many of them do.

Far easier and cheaper to contest the charges on Paypal or through your credit card company/bank.

Because Buya is all pawn shops, the best way is to reach out to the shop that sold you the item. If they refuse to cooperate you can always contest the charge with PayPal, providing that's how you paid.
