Djones your (and your sisters) missing items have been shipped
Camy L- I have filed a claim for the parcel THAT WAS SHIPPED and went missing and have issued a refund per your request
RavenG I located your past order and emailed you, haven't even been notified by the BBB and actually have filed a claim again my local branch for this very reason (not notifying me of issues)

KortneaC.-tried to reach you and left a msg with your google voice mail box in regards to your order shipment
FOR CLARIFICATION- THE WEBSITE WAS DOWN FOR ABOUT A WEEK HOWEVER it's back up and whether you type in www.butters-n-bars.com or www.buttersnbars.shop you'll reach us. You can check order status or contact us there.
WE'RE STILL HERE- I certainly didn't take anyone's money and move to GA (actually been here since December 30,2017 and have no plans of dissappearing)
