Djones your (and your sisters) missing items have been shipped Camy L- I have filed a claim for the parcel THAT WAS SHIPPED and went missing and have issued a refund per your request RavenG I located your past order and emailed you, haven't even been notified by the BBB and actually have filed a claim again my local branch for this very reason (not notifying me of issues) Lala M.
