Hello Jacqueline, This is a rogue company, they know that they are thieving are from each transaction. Thieves are the last people to worry about negative reviews on their website. They get away with the fraud, as there is no such thing as internet police.

I regret so much not checking out the reviews on this corrupt company before booking with them. We made a very expensive mistake which resulted in no holiday and an insulting "refund" which barely covered the cost of all the phone calls to their laughingly called "customer service department"!. Customer Piss-off Department would describe it more accurately!

I agree with the above comment - avoid them and save your money!
