If you call their customer service line (1800 323 5577) they will give you your money back. If it says it shipped, and you dont have it, it may have been lost in the mail. Bradford Exchange doesn't deliver mail. The postal system takes care of that. Even so, they will either reship or refund 100%.

I just saw an email from an account i don't use anymore and it said i made a purchase for over $200 and it's being shipped to my old address. is it jumk mail... scam... real? disturbing... and i did not click on any of it's links inside the email just in case.

I am sure it depends on your item and with the way they are going probably only chips. You would probably need a jewler to tell you for sure. Pretty much any jewelry store can tell.
