IMPOSSIBLE! 2 fake emails stating the same back order answer! Asked for a refund!

Impossible. Their customer care phone number is not a working number. Contact by email MAY be responded to, however they do not give you the information you request and do not offer any alternatives.

It is nearly impossible. Out of 10 emails I've gotten one response and there is no longer a phone number. When I go to track my order, it does not even appear to exist any longer

You cannot get anyone! The recording simply says to email them but they don't answer you.
