Is it safe to deliver the package through borderlinx?

Short answer is yes. Longer answer is that they will not consolidate and charge you a premium on the shipping charges. Use them only if you have no alternative.

If you're willing to take a risk on delays or losing it sure. If you need it urgently or it's valuable then I wouldn't risk using them.
