Why is it that having an account with bookdepository, and all details and a valid credit card registered, I am always requested to fill in all details again, like billing adress, delivery adress etc?

Honestly, no idea. I also have them but I fill them again (I don't put my credit card info because I don't want to, and the address it's just filled in because Google remembers it).
