Hi Christelle P., thanks for your question! Bonanza is an online marketplace connecting buyers to transact directly with sellers located all over the world. Bonanza does not produce, house or ship any products; instead, sellers list their available inventory for buyers to purchase.
There's no foolproof way to know if a product is authentic unless you purchase it directly from the manufacturer. If you're uncertain of the authenticity of an item being sold on Bonanza, we suggest first reviewing the seller's feedback and asking as many questions as necessary before buying. You can easily contact the seller from an item listing page by using the "Send a message" button (under the "Add to cart" button). If you continue to have concerns, follow your instinct and do not proceed with your purchase. PayPal and Stripe (both approved payment methods) also offer some buyer protection for online purchases, but be sure to check their policies before proceeding.
While we take many precautions to prevent counterfeit goods from being sold on our site, sometimes dishonest sellers slip through the cracks. We take these issues very seriously, and we've created a tool to remove flagged items. You can find this option by visiting the listing(s) in question, expanding the description and locating the "Report a violation" link towards the bottom of the description page. Click on that, select the most relevant option from the drop-down menu and include any additional details necessary to complete your report. Please note that you must be logged into a Bonanza account in order to report a listing violation. Reporting items via this method allows us to track repeat offenders and address these issues accordingly.
If we can be of further assistance, please contact our support team via email at email@example.com
and they will be happy to help. Thank you for shopping at Bonanza, Christelle!
