I actually ordered from this place a week ago for my friend who has the same birthday as I do. She got the flowers yesterday and she send me a picture of them along with this message "We have been friends for 12 years now and hope you do not get offended by what I am about to say but this flowers were dreadful!" She went one to explain why and she said the same thing you did. I zoomed in and it was true. I sent her my apologies and send her flowers from another carrier over there. I was glad I used a "first purchase discount" and only paid $25 for this. I called and called the company but no luck. I think I won't even bother with them.

JUST RECEIVED A SO CALLED BOUQUET FROM THIS COMPANY,... ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL,... MOST OF THE FLOWERS WERE DEAD OR ON THE WAY TO BEING SO, SOME FELL APART AS I OPENED THE BOUQUET... JUST FINISHED CLEARING UP THE MESS... HAS ANYONE HAD A REFUND FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL.?
