Answer:
I had this problem. First I copied/transferred my blog posts to a separate wordpress site that didn't have many posts on it. Then I changed/edited the published date on my blog posts so they would resequence in the ordered I wanted. I made the first posts I wanted in my book the oldest posts on the blog. It's tedious but everything has to be correct on the blog. There is very little editing ability in blog2print/sharedbook.
