Was told an item was 'in stock' however once I order it, it was out of stock. I requested a refund on 09//04 and on 09/07 "Ana" wrote stating a refund will be given. Since you are a local company, this should have been refunded by now - nine days later. Please do so as soon as possible. Order #1440709056-387 $73.44. Thank you.
