So I read on your website that most wheels need to be trued. I can put a bike together no problem (or at least I can take one apart... Putting it back together takes longer.). But I have no idea of how to true a wheel and what it involves. Happy to hear any suggestions.

Hi - most bikes arrive without needing to true the wheels but a few do. This is normal, takes very little time and is easy to do. Here are some videos on Youtube we've found customers say are good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1SHmFBihKM
In rare cases, wheels that arrive damaged simply contact us for replacement:)
