The size of the wall does not really matter, although, having a Pilates practice space of about 11-12 feet long and 6-7 feet wide would be the most ideal space. With that being said, having smaller dimensions than that are not a problem, but exercises may just need to be modified slightly to accommodate your space. After you register an account and log in you will see the workout program on the main tab. Our workouts are provided as detailed video instructions.
