Hello, Michelle. Thank you for raising this question. The number of recommended activities in your plan depends on the activities you selected during the app setup. You can perform any workout of the three suggested or combine them. If you wih to remove some recommended activities you can do so by adjusting your recommended workout. Hello, Thank you for raising this question. The size of the wall does not really matter, although, having a Pilates practice space of about 11-12 feet long and 6-7 feet wide would be the most ideal space. With that being said, having smaller dimensions than that are not a problem, but exercises may just need to be modified slightly to accommodate your space. The workout plan is available in the BetterMe app. After users place the order we sent them an email with the detailed instructions on how to access. After you register an account and log in you will see the workout program on the main tab. Our workouts are provided as detailed video instructions.
