Has anyone successfully canceled this app?

For iOS users: - if you purchased the app via App Store, you can find more detailed information on iTunes subscription cancellation here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. - if you purchased the app on our website, you can open the BetterMe app, then select More-->Help-->Manage subscription. For Android users: - if you purchased the app via Google Play Store, here you can find more detailed Google Play instructions on how to unsubscribe: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481 - if you purchased the app on our website, you can also open the BetterMe app, then select Profile-->Help-->Manage subscription Additionally, our customers can also manage their subscription on our website: https://app.betterme.world/ --> Account --> Subscriptions. Just log in with the email address and password you previously used for your BetterMe app. Our team has already canceled the automatic renewal. Never use this app. the app overall is fairly useless and they charge your account basically whenever they want. lets work to get it taken down!

Each user chooses a subscription package and is being billed due to the conditions of this subscription.
