I just got hired to work for BestShop-USA and I have read a diverse of reviews, is this really a legit job

Definitely not! They are scammers, they use pay pal to purchase items and send them to your location, and then have you to reship it. The items will come with your name on it, so you may hold responsibility for the merchandise.
