Can I get a telephone number for BestNeonClocks? Ordered and paid for item, no response when email them, no info on my order. It's been over a week with no communication back to me

I found a phone number after hours of looking but it went to a weird Google answering service recording. I had to file a dispute with my credit union to get my money back. You might as well start that process right now.
