Besides what tiffani says, there are so many other red flags, just based on the website alone. It's unprofessional and full of spelling / grammatical errors: http://www.bestdressprice.com/index.php?main_page=page_2 as an example Anything that seems too good to be true is too good to be true. You might need to spend some more money but at least you'll know you're not dealing with a site that's out of the country that may not send you the right product or any product at all. I wouldn't touch this site, if i were you.
