Why don't you people respond to emails? do you care at all about customer service? it's been over 2 weeks since i placed my order (which the site said i would receive before christmas). my tracking number doesn't work, nobody will answer my emails, and when i phone your number it puts me on hold and then just hangs up on me after i've waited for 10 minutes to talk to somebody. i am not impressed at all and i am going to cancel my payment since i have received nothing, including no customer service. this has got to be some kind of scam.
