On November 18th I ordered boots and every time I try to track with tracking number says don't exist?what is going on?

Why is it you make empty offers send back goods with address details provide return cost very expensive, ask for tracker details and sent but do nothing to retrieve parcels sent until finally returned to country of origin do you guys ever offer a refund apart from cash vouchers which pointless if experience so bad surely can expect anyone to want to reorder?

Please tell me where this order is, and when and IF, it'll ever be shipped out, because suddenly your "older page DOESN'T SEEM TO WORK ", WHY DOESN'T IT WORK ANYMORE??"" I like to check on my orders from time to time, but it's now IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THIS. Please, where are my orders, God forbid it's still sitting in processing! Thank you.
