Question:

I am concerned that the company is listed as a 'rogue pharmacy' and i have been treated well by some staff when responding to emails but treated rudely by others. i assumed, given the amount of money being sent, that you would provide a tracking number but was told, after i sent the money that indeed, you do not provide any tracking numbers so i want to give you a chance to respond before i look into taking any legal action. my order supposedly shipped on 7/5/15 but if that was the case then i cannot see why i would not have it yet, as it was going from within the us to a state in the us. i left a voice mail tonight (which you must be a member to do, which i am & i am concerned that that was an additional $65 wasted) but no one has responded to that either. i will also send this via email, to give you a chance to explain & respond, thanks. norma parker order 201507022134499912
