Hi, i have been billed in march and june for 3 months access i never received, i am getting nowhere with this site and nowhere with their billing agent, feeling completely ripped off and outraged that i cannot delete my own profile. At 50 i am tired of being ripped off by shady gay businesses, priape for one and now bear411 is another. How do i reach Greg

Personally, I would contact your credit card company and contest the bill for services not provided, then cancel the card and ask the bank to issue a new one.

I agree with the other folks about canceling the PMT with your credit card company. As for deleting your profile, see my answer below.
