How can you install new over old in one day when there is old & molding grout & sealant that must be removed and cleaned?

Total installation took 8 weeks for us due to measuring mistakes and having to get components from Canada. Base and surround is one install, then you have to wait for custom glass to be fabricated and be shipped.
