I live in the US, I ordered on 11/29/24 and it's 12/23/24 and my order is still processing! Who knows if it will every get shipped. Super disappointed, this was ordered as a gift and since it was so expensive I only got my person one other small gift, looks like they will be disappointed on Christmas. Customer service had been only responding with generic responses.

I live in Ireland, I've had 3 separate orders with Baerskin so far with a fourth en route! They ship from China, and take 10 days from date of shipping to arrival.

My experience was 1 day short of 2 weeks. Don't know where it was shipped from.
