They replied within 24-48 hours of my complaints and refund requests, but did not honor my insistence that I return the item to their website's TEXAS address (which is where I assumed the item was coming from) and not to HONG KONG.
Impossible... I have yet to have anyone respond and that is only when I have been lucky enough to get my email to go through. Sometimes it comes back as undeliverable

Write to your states' Attorney General Office - file a claim online.
Contact Pay Pal. Let Pay Pal know so that Pal Pal will quit working with this company. If enough complaints come through, Pal Pal will not give this company an easy way out.
They answer with basic statements. They never respond to what is being asked.
No phone number is listed. When requested they still will not provide a phone number.
"Lisa" will correspond by email. There is no other contact information.

Extremely difficult, they will ignore your initial ones till threaten to take action with payment group. Even then since their customer service is obviously in china they respond to emails at approximately 12am
