How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Avianca?

If you call to. Speak to someone in English it will take up to 40 minutes if you choose the option in spanish it will take less than 5 minutes.

It is very easy, there´s usually 5 or 6 customer service and other personnel in their airport agency ready to help out!
